Custom Work Hours
This subscription add-on unlocks work-hour controls without enabling the separate Team Hours Packages workflow.
What it unlocks
- User wages: an optional maximum-hours-per-month value.
- Tracking Policies: daily active-work limits, weekly active-work limits, normal start time, and normal finish time.
Enable it for a company
- Open Admin → Custom Entitlements, or include
custom-work-hoursin the company plan. - Enable the entitlement for the company.
- Give the manager Manage Tracking Policies to edit policy limits.
What remains available without it
Break, lunch, inactive-time, and review settings remain available. The Custom Work Hours section is locked and cannot be changed. Existing saved limits are preserved for audit purposes.
Note: WorkPulse currently has a maximum-hours value. It does not yet have a separate minimum-hours setting.
