Desktop Apps and Registered Devices
The Desktop Apps & Devices page combines approved downloads with the computers registered to your WorkPulse account or company.
Download Desktop v5
- Open the account menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Desktop Apps & Devices.
- Choose Desktop v5 and download the current Windows installer.
- Install the app and sign in to register the computer.
Download history records when an authenticated file request begins. It does not prove that Windows completed the installation.
Registration and activity
Desktop v5 registers a device after sign-in using a stable device identifier and fingerprint. Protected desktop requests update the device's last-seen time and exact client version.
Who can see devices?
Company owners and users with application or subscription management permission can review company devices and download history. Other users see only their own records.
Revoke a computer
- Find the computer in Registered desktop devices.
- Choose Revoke and confirm the warning.
- The device is rejected on its next protected desktop request.
- An authorised administrator must explicitly reactivate it before the same device can register again.
Revoke it promptly. Revocation blocks the registered device identity but does not remotely uninstall the application or erase files from that computer.
