What happens next

• We will verify that you control the email address before routing the request for review.
• If your employer or another WorkPulse Customer controls the relevant work records, we may ask you to contact that organisation directly.
• Verification does not automatically delete, anonymise or disable an account.
• We will assess and respond to the request under the applicable law, our agreement and the Customer's instructions.

About workforce records

You may have rights over your personal data, including rights to access, correction, objection or deletion, depending on the law that applies. Work records created for an employer are usually controlled by that employer and may be subject to its retention or legal obligations. See our Privacy Notice for more information.
