Team Hours Packages
Team Hours Packages is a separate subscription feature with the slug team-hours-packages. It is for hourly teams that request, receive, and consume purchased hours.
Two controls are required
- Subscription entitlement: the company plan or custom entitlement must include Team Hours Packages.
- User permission: Authorize Team Hours decides which users may approve or reject package requests.
Workflow
- A team leader or team manager requests a package.
- An authorised user approves or rejects it.
- Approved hours become available to the hourly team and are consumed by tracked work.
If the subscription entitlement is removed, the package workflow is unavailable and hourly teams are protected from continuing to use unavailable package hours.
