Generating Reports
WorkPulse reports are based on tenant time, capture, project, team and wage records. Results depend on the selected date range and the viewer's permissions.
Available report contexts
- Project: tracked hours, activity and project cost context.
- Team: team members and their tracked work.
- User: an individual's sessions and related totals.
Run a useful report
- Confirm the selected company.
- Choose the project, team or user report.
- Set a clear date range and any user filter.
- Compare the total with Time Worked when investigating a difference.
- Use the PDF or CSV action offered by that report when an external copy is needed.
Interpret costs carefully
Tracked cost uses the wage or reporting rate applicable to the record. Payroll approval and payment status are separate from operational report cost.
Report access is explicit
Access is controlled by implemented routes, permissions and feature entitlements, not by an unconnected catalogue label.
