Understanding Features and Plans
See how plans, custom entitlements, prerequisites and user permissions combine to control access.
Understanding Features and Plans
The plan comparison shows the features that have a real entitlement check in WorkPulse. It does not advertise catalogue labels that are not connected to working product behaviour.
Two users are included
Every active plan is free for up to two users. When more users are added, WorkPulse applies the additional-user price configured for that plan.
How access is decided
Provides the normal feature set and any configured value.
Can grant a tenant-specific feature or value for a custom agreement.
Controls who may view or manage the enabled tool.
Some features also need tenant settings, credentials or another feature.
Working feature groups
- Task Management and Team Hours Packages
- Screen Recording, Camera Capture and Two-Minute Screenshots
- Custom Work Hours and Payroll
- AI Time Report
- Session Activity Notifications
- API Access and Webhooks
Webhook prerequisite
Webhooks deliver supported session-start and session-stop events. A plan must include Webhooks, API Access and Session Activity Notifications. The plan editor automatically selects these prerequisites together. The client webhook guide explains setup and verification.
Where to check
- Subscription: current plan, seats, storage and every working feature.
