Understanding Your Dashboard
The dashboard is a quick view of the selected company. Navigation and summary cards vary with plan features, role permissions and the records available to the user.
Select the right company
Check the company in the account menu before reviewing totals or making changes. Switching company changes the tenant context used for operational data.
Use summaries as links
Dashboard totals are starting points. Open Time Worked, Projects, Teams or the relevant report to review the underlying records and filters.
Why navigation differs
A menu item can be hidden when the company does not have the feature or the user lacks permission. Company owners and administrators normally see more management links than employees.
Useful destinations
- Time Worked: sessions, captures and corrections.
- Projects and Teams: work structure and assignments.
- Subscription: plan, seats, storage and features.
- Session Alerts: start/stop notifications when entitled.
